A Good Set of Teeth Significantly Improves Quality of Life.

Over 3.5 million people in Britain have non natural teeth and many find it difficult to wear their lower dentures, causing problems in chewing, speaking and socialising. This in turn has a significant effect on their quality of life. Most of those who have lost their teeth are over the age of 65, and the impact of ill-fitting dentures on their lives is so severe that the World Health Organisation has classified individuals with such difficulties as disabled.

Oral health is an integral part of our general health. Oral health directly effects our physical functioning aspects and social and psychological well-being. It can lower confidence and self esteem and cause sleep disruption. I have seen this first hand with some of my patients and being able to offer life changing help is a great feeling.
